I am an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist working in Toledo, Ohio.  I have previously held appointments at The Missouri University of Science and Technology in the Department of Psychological Sciences as well as at the John B. and Lillian E. Neff College of Business and Innovation at the University of Toledo.

I have published my work in peer-reviewed journals and invited book chapters.  My primary research has focused on employee assessment and selection and, in particular, how advancements in technology are impacting assessment practices.
